Heartless

     Heartless, by Marissa Meyer, is the story of Catherine, a girl destined to become to Queen of Hearts. Before she became the queen that all of hearts feared, she was a girl with a dream. Cath may be one of the most desired girls in Wonderland, and the favorite of the king, but all she really wants is to open her own bakery with her best friend. When Cath meets Jest, the new castle joker who happens to be handsome, charming, and mysterious, she begins to fall in love. Cath and Jest must hide their love from the king, lest he punish them for disgracing the king. Cath's parents are far from supportive about her dreams in life and want her to get married to the king. All she every wanted was to follow her dreams and fall in love, but it seems fate has other plans.
     I would give this book at 10/10. I would highly reccommend it to anyone. The plot is so awesome. This book was so emotionally I actually cried. I don't think I can sing its praises enough.
