Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25

Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25, by Richard Paul Evans, is about a boy named Michael Vey. To anyone at his high school, Michael Vey is just a normal fourteen-year-old. He is anything but. Michael has electric powers, ones that have his mother and him jumping from one small town to other, hoping to stay one step ahead of those who seek to harm him. His powers are unique. Or so he thought. When Michael meets a cheerleader, Taylor, with similar abilities, they begin to search for answers about who they are, where they came from, and why they have special abilities, along with Michael's friend, Ostin. As they learn more, they come to the attention of a powerful secret society who wants to control the teens, and the world. As the stakes rise, friends and family on the line, Michael and his friends must fight to discover the truth before it is too late.
This book is really interesting. It keeps you hanging on the edge, waiting for more. The action is enthralling, the plot captivating. You will be left wondering what happens next after every chapter. I would definitely recommend this book.
