Ungifted by Gordon Korman

When Donovan pulls a huge and stupid prank at his middle school, he thinks he’s really done it this time. But somehow a mix-up by one of the administrators led to Donovan being sent to the Academy of Scholastic Distinction (ASD), a school for gifted and talented students, instead of being punished. It wasn't what Donovan expected, but he takes this as a gift sent from the heavens and uses this as a perfect hideout. But, he has to fool people whose IQs are better than his times 3. He really gets nervous when his teachers and fellow classmates realize he's not good at any school subject at all. But Donovan just might be able to prove that he really is right for this school after all.

I liked this book a lot due to the comedy and sarcasm woven throughout. It's quirky and I didn't expect to like it because it sounded kind of boyish, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a refreshing story that left me happy and joyful. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a little comedy.
