Skeleton Key By Anthony Horowitz

What would you do if you were sent to a heavily guarded island in the Caribbean to locate a nuclear bomb? If you want to know what a boy named Alex Rider would do, then you should read the book Skeleton Key by Anthony Horowitz. This book can be considered a fiction novel. This book is part of a series in which a 14-year old boy named Alex Rider is sent all over the world for secret missions. In this particular book, Alex is basically tricked by the C.I.A and MI6 into this mission. Now he has to do a dangerous mission he didn't even want to do! The only help he will receive is from the two agents who were sent to the island with him; these agents are hiding something from Alex and he wants to find out. Will Alex and the agents complete their mission, or will they be caught and suffer the consequences?
I would recommend this book to people who like action and mystery genres and to people who have read other books in the Alex Rider series. This book will make your thoughts race because of all the twists in the book, especially the major twists near the end of the book. This book also has a fair amount of literary devices and good vocabulary words, which makes the book more interesting to read. Overall, I would rate this book a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I hope you read this book because I know you will enjoy it.
