Holes By Louis Sachar

What if you had to dig holes every day knowing death is surrounding you? What if the reason you are at a detention center digging holes every day and it is not even your fault? What if you are not even digging to construct character? These are all events that go through Stanley Yelants’s mind at Camp Green Lake in Holes by Louis Sachar. Can Stanley survive this treacherous adventure? Read Holes to find out!
If you read this book I’m sure you will be satisfied with how well it’s written. This book holds an extravagant amount of suspense you will never be able to put it down.  I have never been so interested in a book since Green Eggs and Ham. This book really inspired me to read more often! If you are like me and despise reading, this book can change your perspective.
