Could you imagine that
your dad is one of the most powerful Gods in the world? You even have the powers
in you, and you never knew about it. If you want to find out what happens next
read The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. It’s about a boy named Percy,
and his adventure begins when summer break occurs. He finds out some unusual events
in his past life, and he runs into some serious danger. Then he goes on a
mission to find and return a stolen item to his father, Zeus.
I really enjoyed this book, and I know
other people will too. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for an
easy read. You will need patience
because there are slow moving parts, but it picks up. I think anyone could read
and enjoy this book. The author will really grab your attention. He has a uniquely
different type of a writing style. Riordan always has you thinking about
Percy’s next dilemma, but you will never predict what will happen next because anything
can happen. That’s why I enjoy it. This is also in a series so you can be look
forward to reading it to quench your thirst for more of Percy Jackson’s action
packed adventure.
