Storm Runners Roland Smith

     The genre of the book Storm Runners is action adventure. The main characters in this book is Chase Masters and his dad. Chase is serious and smart when things start to go bad. This takes place in school and in the storm in the afternoon into the evening. It all started after Chase's mom and sister died falling off a cliff in a car. At the beginning, Chase's dad gets struck by lightning. When they move away from the storm, dad leaves Chase with his friends Tomas's brother. When a bad storm hits Chase and a friend get stuck outside when they are faced with tough and serious challenges. But the real question is will they survive?
     
     I like this book because it is interesting from start to finish, easy to read and understand, and is easy to connect. Each page is a new adventure which makes it interesting. Also, does not have alot of difficult vocabulary words which makes the story flow fast and very easily to read. Lastly, is easy to relate to each and every part of the story. I recommend this book to anyone ages 11-14 or anybody who likes studying weather or adventure.
