Ten-year-old Annemarie Johansen and her best friend Ellen Rosen often think about life before the war. Now in 1943 her home is filled with Natzi's marching. Her life is filled with school and food shortages.
But the Natzi's won't stop. The Jews of Denmark are being relocated and Ellen pretends to be apart of her friends family. Then Annemarie is asked to go on a dangerous mission. Somhow she must find a way to save her best friends life. There's no turning back now
